How Do I Become a Certified Backflow Tester in Mississippi ?

Our 32-hour backflow tester course / program is approved through the Mississippi State Department of Health, Bureau of Public Water Supply. The course is technically 5 days including the exams, so four 8-hour days of training and then both a written and practical exam on the day following. The exams are either directly administered by the state or they sometimes allow us to proctor our own exams, also there is a registration process with the Health Department following the courses and exams.
