Our 32-hour backflow tester course / program is approved through the Mississippi State Department of Health, Bureau of Public Water Supply. The course is technically 5 days including the exams, so four 8-hour days of training and then both a written and practical exam on the day following. If you need to renew your license, you just have to sit for their exam. The exams are either directly administered by the state or they sometimes allow us to proctor our own exams, also there is a registration process with the Health Department following the courses and exams. More info on their website - https://msdh.ms.gov/msdhsite/_static/30,0,76,315.html
All of our courses utilize the University of Southern California, Foundation for Cross Connection Control and Hydraulic Research ( USC-FCCHR ) 10th Edition testing procedures and diagnostics, using derivative materials and auxiliary tests if applicable by the local authorities.
